Stephanie's journey into healing started in 2015 after a 20 year career in the hair and makeup industry, listening to story after story of a variety of wounds being carried around and after experiencing the death of a friend's child due to an overdose. She could no longer deny the need for healers in this world, regardless of the modality used. It was clear she needed to step out of her comfort zone and start the journey of being able to serve others.
After experiencing the shock of having to bury her child's biological father in 2018 and then the betrayal trauma that comes with the discovery of a partner with a sex addiction in 2019, Stephanie came to realize there is a missing puzzle piece to healing in the traditional sense, TOUCH. Touch allows the sympathetic nervous system to trust again. To heal from the shock of what happened while releasing the emotional energy that gets stuck in the body, often times causing unexplained stiffness and/or pain throughout.
The recent pandemic gave Stephanie the opportunity to incorporate energy into her massage work. Certified as a Reiki Practitioner, she has transformed many lives with her ability to hold a safe space for her clients as they surrender into releasing emotions held deep within the body.
Having a passion for dancing since she was very young, Stephanie has integrated dancing into the healing process as a way to mindfully stretch and ground the body, offering dance workshops in her local Southern California area.
With so much experience grieving in a short amount of time, Stephanie has been able to turn her pain into power, and is now coaching others who might be feeling like they are stuck in their grief, not knowing how to get out of it or where to start. Therapy is amazing but sometimes not enough. She understands completely. You don't need to do it alone, you have Stephanie's support.
A note from Stephanie -
"I find it to be a true honor when a person involves me in their healing. Having been through my own surrendering journey, I understand the trust and connection one must have in order to fully let go and I want to let you know I am absolutely honored to be a part of your journey."
